BEACI Sindhudurg Organized a meeting cum awareness program this morning at Mangaon, Kudal tehsil, Sindhudurg.

We have got Mr Taresh Ghormode sir, Officer in charge, National SC ST Hub, Smt Sushma Sakhare, District Coordinator, MCED (representative of DIC), Mr Paulas Kamble, Rtd. Panchayat Samiti Officer and BEACI Team BE Dipak Jadhav, BE Tushar Jadhav, BE Tushar Chavan and BE Harshavardhan Borawadekar.

More than 35 aspiring entrepreneurs were present for the program all from remote location of Sindhudurg district. We had guiding session on

  • CMEGP and other schemes of DIC and NSIC – NSSH
  • Why we need to bring our people into business stream
  • What we BEACI do and our vision
  • Business within community etc.

Got very good response from all participants. We are also planning to organise such meetings every month at different locations to connect more people from SC ST category and bring them into business stream.


People were concerned regarding the loan processing from banks, so next time onwards we are planning to call bank manager for meeting.
