The Buddhist Entrepreneurs Association of Commerce and Industry (BEACI) is a dynamic organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship among the marginalized community, with a particular focus on the empowerment of SC/ST/Entrepreneurs. Founded in 2012, with the vision of creating an inclusive and supportive ecosystem, BEACI aims to provide resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs.

The association is committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by SC/ST entrepreneurs, such as access to capital, market opportunities, and business education. Through workshops, seminars, and collaborative projects, BEACI empowers its members with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in today’s competitive business landscape. Additionally, the association advocates for policies that support the growth and sustainability of businesses within the community.

Objectives

  • To promote and protect the commercial, industrial, and professional interests of the Buddhist community, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and other minorities and disadvantaged groups.
  • To act as facilitator, guide, organizer, liaison, and coordinator; to provide intelligence, promote, and develop entrepreneurship among said communities.
  • To provide a platform to influence policy decisions, offer policy support, financial assistance, and develop institutional organizations.
  • To support the setup and development of industries, trade, research and development.
  • To map processes and propose remedial measures, training in techniques, processing industries, marketing techniques, and optimum utilization of existing resources.
  • To provide international linkages to promote commerce and industrial development in the said communities in the fields of products, processes, services, and R&D, including technical collaboration, and to promote and execute projects within India or abroad.
  • To encourage harmonious relations and unanimity among involved communities and associations on all subjects connected with the common good.
