Entrepreneurship Conclave Pune BEACI
1st Entrepreneurship Conclave Organized by Buddhist Entrepreneurs Association of Commerce and Industry (BEACI) – Pune Chapter.
BEACI – Pune organized the 1st edition of International Entrepreneurship Conclave – on 22 April 2023 in Pune. The Conclave is part of the year-long celebrations to mark 132nd years of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar birth anniversary, organizing associates are members of BEACI – Pune Chapter.
BEACI is an initiative by Mr. Ratnadeep Kamble, to brings together entrepreneurs, innovators, dignitaries and business leaders from SC& ST community, and to celebrate the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship received from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar in the world.
The Conclave, whose motto is connecting entrepreneurial minds of SC & ST community, embodies the conviction in the world that we may have a million problems but we also have a billion minds that can solve them. Through “Business within Community”, has provided an enabling platform to young entrepreneurs, investors, venture capitalists and experts from SC & ST community to learn from and connect with each other on a range of domains.
The BEACI – Pune 1st Entrepreneur Conclave, was co-inaugurated by BE Ratndeep Kamble (Founder Chairman BEACI).
4 hours-long Conclave saw participation of about eminent entrepreneurs, including Mr. Gaurav Somwanshi (internationally recognized Block- Chain Technology Expert), Mr. Rahul Arya (IIM Graduate and recognized for his Innovative start up) & Mr. Prafulla Gaikwad (well-known financial management trainer) and other entrepreneurs and business owners working in various business domains.
An audience of close to 300 including aspiring entrepreneurs, business leaders, media persons and business owner, start-up owners benefited from the discussions and deliberations that took place during the Conclave. A much larger number watched the Conclave over live stream.
The Conclave comprised of four speakers who have focus on following topics:
Mr. Prafulla Gaikwad: Financial mismanagement and how to overcome.
Mr. Gaurav Somwanshi: Use of Technology for the growth & development of Business.
Mr. Rahul Arya: how to present your start-up Idea before the investors.
Mr. Ratndeep Kamble: Coming together to grab our own market.
The Conclave also featured Award of Appreciation in business leadership.

- BE Nitin Gavli (Gavali Mandp Decorators Pimpri Chinchwad Pune) working in the field of Event & Decoration.
- BE Santosh Dabhade (Sapna Masala Gruh udyog Jalna). Established first SC & ST Masala Cluster at Jalna Maharashtra.
- Mrs. Pradnya Bodade (Devki Enterprises Chinchwad Pune). Owner, Manufacturing unit of Industrial Hand Gloves.
- BE Gaurav Somvanshi (Emer Tech Innovations New Mumbai) eminent block-chain technologist, Consultancy & technology assistance with Block – Chain.
- BE Prafullachandra Ohol (Pinnacle Engineering Solutions) Electrical project Management.
- BE Ravsaheb Kamble (Rajveer Associates) multi – level Construction Project Management.
The BEACI Pune pitch:
We are here to promote and protect the Commercial, Industrial and Professional interest of the Buddhist community, scheduled caste, scheduled tribes and other minorities and disadvantaged groups; act as facilitator, guide, organizer, liaison er, co-coordinator and provide intelligence, promote, encourage, develop entrepreneurship of said communities.
BEACI-Pune 1st edition was aimed at connecting aspirations and ambitions to achievement, through fostering of stronger linkages between young entrepreneurs of Sc & St community so that they can work together to unlock newer avenues of economic growth and development.
