BEACI Hosts International Women’s Day Celebration in Nagpur, Emphasizing Empowerment of Women Entrepreneurs.
The Buddhist Entrepreneurs Association of Commerce and Industry *(BEACI), a premier organization dedicated to empowering SC/ST/Buddhist entrepreneurs, is hosting a special ceremony to mark International Women’s Day on March 10, 2026. The event, themed “Empowering Women, Empowers Humanity,” will be held at Ravi Bhavan, Civil Lines, Nagpur.
Distinguished women leaders will serve as Chief Guests, sharing guidance and inspiration for aspiring entrepreneurs:
- BE Sheela Borkar (Entrepreneur, Educational Institute): Will share expert strategies on organizational design, focusing on building professional teams and nurturing long-term employee loyalty.
- Mrs. Sandhya Rajurkar (Editor, Bahujan News Paper): Will discuss the strategic use of local media to build brand equity and credibility for small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Dr. Praghnya Pusate (Oncologist, Entrepreneur): Will address the vital link between an entrepreneur’s physical and mental health and the long-term sustainability of a business.
- BE Sanjeevani Gondane (Entrepreneur, Manufacturing): Will outline a comprehensive roadmap for entrepreneurs transitioning from startup phase to large-scale industrial operations.
Special technical sessions will be a highlight of the program. Mr. Amogh Tijare (Incubation Manager, InFED, IIM Nagpur) will provide detailed guidance on the upcoming RAMP initiative — a World Bank-supported project designed to build MSME capacity. Additionally, Mr. Sumit Meshram (Executive Member, BEACI) will brief the audience on the Mahalakshmi Saras 2026 exhibition, encouraging women entrepreneurs and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to participate. The exhibition will be held at Reshimbagh Ground from March 11 to March 24, 2026, inviting the Nagpur business community to engage, learn, and collaborate.
In the concluding ceremony, Er. Samrat Samar (Executive Member, BEACI) expressed heartfelt gratitude to key leaders and supporters who steered the event to success. He thanked Mr. Ratnadeep Kamble (Hon. Founder Chairman, BEACI), Mrs. Sweety Kamble (Co-Founder, BEACI), and Mr. Sameer Ramteke (President, Nagpur Chapter) for their visionary leadership.
